Warranty and Terms

Sales—All sales come with a 60-day money back guarantee.
Hardware Warranty—All EyeTech eye tracking systems come with a two year hardware warranty which covers repair of all internal or external components for normal usage. Circumstances of dropped, submersed, or other voluntary damages are not covered under EyeTech’s hardware warranty.

Rental Policies—All rentals start on the day you receive your EyeTech system. A small deposit and weekly or monthly rentals will be charged. Upon returning your EyeTech system your deposit and up to the first two monthly rental payments can be applied towards purchase.
Shipping Method (Domestic)—All shipments are sent out through UPS Ground shipping for domestic shipments unless otherwise requested in your order form.
Shipping Method (International)—All shipments are sent through UPS Worldwide Expedited services unless otherwise requested in your order form.
